Visitors are always surprised when they enter the LeRoy Heritage Museum for the first time. Many have commented that although our museum is in a rural area, it is as nice as museums in larger cities. We believe the story of our area is an important part of our county history and deserves to be presented through interesting and exciting exhibits. When you step inside LeRoy Heritage Museum for the first time, you will find a bright and clean facility with an atmosphere that will make you feel right at home.
We feature a well-stocked gift shop with the largest offering of local history books in western Bradford County. We also carry Bradford County History Playing Cards, Canton Chamber of Commerce throws, postcards, t-shirts, DVD's, CD's, walking sticks, puzzles, and much more. Plan to do your shopping in the gift shop and support our local history preservation efforts. We offer many items that are hard to find anywhere else. The LeRoy Heritage Museum maintains the Rancy K. Morse Memorial Research Library, located on the second floor of the museum building. The research library is the largest local history archives in southwestern Bradford County. It houses material pertaining to LeRoy Township, former Barclay Township (Barclay Mountain), Granville Township, Canton Borough, and Canton Township. The research library is named in memory of one of our community's most well known historians.
